RE: Who's your favorite author ?
If I have to choose a single favourite author, the only possible choice is William Shakespeare. I specialised in Shakespeare for my BA and MA degrees, and I came to love many of the plays - Hamlet is my favourite, and I also love the History Plays. I like most of the sonnets as well.
When I read Shakespeare, I like to have the house to myself, so I can immerse myself in whatever I choose to read. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen as often as I'd like, so I also read a lot of crime novels, historical fiction and family sagas. My tastes are eclectic to say the least. |
